First one of the year for me and what a start. Here I had the pleasure of capturing some of my personal friends Brad & Lydia at the ever personal and intimate Broadoaks Country House Hotel in the heart of the Lake District National Park.

Even though this day was in January we had a dry and relatively warm day all the way up until the evening celebrations. The rains came after dark, which in this instance were not a bad thing for us photographers!
Broadoaks is a beautiful traditional Lakeland Country House with everything you need to make your wedding day unique. Originally a Victorian Gentleman’s residence this Lake District Wedding Venue has all the charm, history and intimate grandeur you would expect of this type of property. Set in its own grounds, it offers a stunning settings for a wedding and a range of options at every stage of a wedding day.
A huge congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Cornish! I often get asked my opinion from couples if their dog should play a role at their wedding. My answer is always a big yes, one absolute yes!!!
