A huge congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Wigglesworth, who tied the knot down by the lovely lake at Blaithwaite House. Another wedding with amazing weather to kick start this years summer! Also the first outdoor ceremony of this year for me to capture in such a stunning and unique location within the trees beside the lake.

What a lovely day! It was a wedding thst really suited the setting, from drinks out in the garden, canapés in the main house and then the main wedding party in the barn. Set within 250 acres of unspoilt Cumbrian countryside, Blaithwaite Country House Estate is steeped in over 250 years of family history.

The estate is still run by the original Donald family and provides the perfect rural retreat for a wedding day.
